PURPOSE: A vibration pillow is provided to naturally induce wake up while not giving malaise to a user and to automatically sense the use thereof. CONSTITUTION: A vibration pillow comprises: an upper cushion(112) which is made of synthetic resin or synthetic fiber material and holds up the head of a user; a supporting plate of a plate shape which is arranged while contacting the lower part of the cushion; a vibration plate(132) of a plate shape which is arranged while contacting the lower part of the supporting plate; and a lower cushion(113) which is made of synthetic resin or synthetic fiber material and is arranged while contacting the lower part of the vibration plate. The supporting plate is equipped with a pressure sensor(125) connected to a control circuit(123), and one or more vibrating motors(127).
