PURPOSE: A disposable band for absorbing sweat is provided to prevent sweat from falling to the eye by effectively absorbing sweat through an absorption part formed to cover the forehead. CONSTITUTION: A disposable band for absorbing sweat includes an absorption unit and a holding unit. The absorption unit is formed to cover the forehead and absorbs the sweat of the forehead. The absorption unit includes an outer cover and an absorption member. The outer cover has a part for housing a support piece. The outer cover is arranged in the outside of the absorption unit and supports the absorption unit. The holding unit is formed with plastic members in a film.
