PURPOSE: An external use skin composition containing germinated soybean-fermented extract and germinated sesame-fermented extract is provided to improve skin elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for antiaging contains 20 weight% of germinated soybean-fermented extract and germinated sesame-fermented extract as an active ingredient. The germination is performed by dipping in water at 10-45°C for 1-48 hours. The germinated soybeans and sesames are expose in the air or oxygen at 20-45°C for 10-36 hours. The composition is used in the form of skin, emulsion, cream, gel, foam, cleanser, powder, spray, or patch.
