PURPOSE: A chair is provided to enable a user to comfortably use the chair by controlling the angle of a seat back and the position of a foot rest. CONSTITUTION: A chair comprises: a support leg(110) which is equipped with a first hinge shaft(111) and a second hinge shaft(112); a seat back which is combined with the first hinge shaft and is equipped with a first hinge shaft in the lower part thereof; a support stand(130) equipped with a fourth hinge shaft; a foot rest(140) which is combined with the third hinge shaft and fourth hinge shaft; a shock absorber(150) which is installed in order to connect the lower part of the seat back to the upper part of the support leg; an operating button(160) equipped with a connection pipe; and a cushion(170).
