PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a urethane panel and a urethane panel manufactured by the same are provided to facilitate construction of urethane panels without the overlapping of urethane panels or the use of spray-type urethane. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a urethane panel comprises the following steps. Upper and lower panel members are faced to each other, and a space between upper and lower panel members is sealed(S1). Urethane liquid having density of 39~50kg/m is injected into a space between upper and lower panel members and is foamed(S2). Upper and lower portions of the assembled panel are pressed(S3).
