PURPOSE: A system, server, terminal and method for delivering haptic contents during a video call are provided to transfer more sentimental emotional mood through a pattern including character, number, symbol and so on during a video call. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(20) includes pattern data generated to an image depending on the input of a pattern, and transfers the image through a communication network. A haptic content transfer server(30) extracts haptic contents corresponding to the pattern data received through a communication network. The haptic content includes the extracted haoptic contents in the image, and transfers the image to the terminal(40) of the other party.
