<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensor that captures the images of two objects located in different locations easily without changing the orientation of the image sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The image sensor 1 including an image sensor body 100 having a semiconductor substrate 2 provided with a light receiving unit 3 and a wiring layer 4 laminated on the semiconductor substrate 2 has a first surface 1a which causes light to enter the light receiving unit 3 and positioned on the image sensor body 100 on the side of the wiring layer 4, and a second surface 1b which causes light to enter the light receiving unit 3 and positioned on the image sensor body 100 on the side of the semiconductor substrate 2 so as to oppose the first surface 1a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
