ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display device improved in optical efficiency and color reproducibility.

SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display device includes: a substrate body; a plurality of organic light-emitting elements formed on the substrate body; and a gradation capping layer having a plurality of thicknesses and covering the plurality of organic light-emitting elements. The gradation capping layer includes one region with a thickness of 90-120 nm, and other region with a thickness smaller than the thickness of the one region.
