<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell with a high yield, which suppresses the fine exfoliation or peeling of a photoelectric conversion layer in a flexible type solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A back electrode is turned to a multilayer structure for which layers comprising materials of different thermal expansion coefficients are laminated, and the thermal expansion coefficients of the back electrode and the photoelectric conversion layer are roughly matched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
