<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member of an image heating and fixing device, smoothly forming a fluororesin parting layer superior in strength into a thin layer on an elastic layer while suppressing thermal deterioration of the elastic layer to the utmost, and having the elastic layer superior in durability, thermal conductivity, and smoothness. <P>SOLUTION: The fixing member uses: a primer of a crystalline fluororesin non-soluble to a solvent; and a dispersion liquid of a crystalline fluororesin, on the elastic layer 2B, applies a fluororesin primer on the elastic layer, then, forms a thickness into 850 nm or less by removing a part thereof, forms a parting layer 2C by applying the dispersion liquid of the fluororesin to be leveled thereon, and is baked thereafter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
