<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which further improves the performance of hydroplaning resistance when running straight and turning. <P>SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire is constituted by arranging at least two main grooves 2, 3 in the peripheral direction in the direction of tread width and arranging groups of blocks Gs1, Gs2, Gc formed by collecting a plurality of polygonal blocks 13, 14 partitioned by linearly extended grooves 6, 7, 8, having an angular shape of pentagon or more, and being independent from each other and bringing these blocks closely to each other in a cross-stitch manner in the peripheral direction in at least a part of a tread part. In this pneumatic tire, a groove wall 17a on at least a tread shoulder side of the main grooves 2, 3 positioned on the outermost side of the vehicle when mounting this tire on the vehicle among the main grooves 2, 3 in the peripheral direction are inclined in the direction for reducing groove width toward a groove bottom 18, and the crossing angleαof the groove wall 17a for a slope line n drawn on a block surface is 5°or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
