PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-molecular-weight inhibitor of phosphotidylinositol (PI)3-kinase, a pharmaceutical formulation including the inhibitor, a method for treating a patient by using the pharmaceutical formulation, and a method for preparing the pharmaceutical composition and the inhibitor.
