PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain abrupt change of light outputs at a regeneration starting point of a light dimming pattern and try not to have delay in an ending period of the light dimming pattern. SOLUTION: A controller 1 compares a first light dimming stage at a starting period of the light dimming pattern, a second light dimming stage at an ending period of the light dimming pattern, and a third light dimming stage directly before starting of dimming of the light dimming pattern, in dimming lighting loads LA, LB by reading out light dimming patterns stored in a storage 4. In case the third light dimming stage is between the first dimming stage and the second dimming stage, the controller 1 carries out dimming of the lighting loads LA, LB at the third light dimming stage irrespective of the lighting patterns from the starting period up to the time when the dimming stage of the light dimming pattern coincides with the third dimming stage, and, after that point, controls feeding volume adjustment section 2A, 2B so as to change dimming stages in accordance with the light dimming patterns.
