PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finishing coating material composition for building, which is an exterior synthetic resin emulsion-based finishing coating material and exhibits high heat shielding property in single layer coating. SOLUTION: The coating material composition comprises a hollow resin, hollow glass, Kansuiseki and a synthetic resin emulsion, wherein the average particle diameter of the hollow resin is 35-55μm, and the volume percentage of the solid content in the coating material composition is 35-42%.
