PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise belt for the lower half of the body for intensifying muscles of a buttocks, a thigh, an abdominal, or the like by wearing the belt, facilitating muscular exercises of the lower half of the body, and supporting bow legs correction or pelvis correction. SOLUTION: Side surfaces inside both knees of left and right winding open type cylindrical supporters whose lengths are about 10 cm to 15 cm above and below the knees respectively are adhered and integrated to incorporate coil springs 5 on both knee sides. Open attachment/removal magic tapes 1, 2, 3, and 4 are provided for upper part two points and lower part two points of the left and right winding open type cylindrical supporters 7, 8, and holes are formed in both knee parts.
