<p>The disclosed hedge trimmer is provided with a main body, a blade unit supported by the main body, and a chip receiver attached to the blade unit. The chip receiver is attached to the blade unit of the hedge trimmer. The chip receiver is positioned on the reverse side of the blade unit from the cutting edge, and catches branches and leaves clipped by the cutting edge. The chip receiver has a concavo-convex shape that suppresses dropping of the caught branches and leaves, and that includes lengthwise ribs extending in the lengthwise direction of the blade unit, sideways ribs that intersect the lengthwise ribs, and a plurality of protrusions formed on the edge.</p> |
