<p>The proposed group of inventions relates to the food industry, in particular to wine making, and can be used during the riddling process in the production of champagne and/or sparkling wine in bottles. The riddling method, the apparatus for implementing the same and the bottle cell of the apparatus make it possible to: carry out simultaneously, uniformly and with the same precision, at any speed and acceleration, with tapping and shaking at an angle of between 5 and 90° and in a single movement, the same operations on the bottles that a riddler would perform during the riddling process, such as turning, twisting, changing the angle of incline of the bottle, shaking, simultaneously changing the angle of incline and twisting, etc.; add novel functions to the riddler's work such as the ease of loading bottles at an angle of 5° to the apparatus base and the ease of unloading bottles at a convenient angle of 90° to the apparatus base. After loading the bottles into the apparatus at an angle of 5° to the base thereof, the method comprises carrying out an operation that cannot be done with apparatus having a similar purpose, such as the identical shaking of the deposit in all the bottles and the identical twisting of the bottles in the apparatus in a clockwise or anti-clockwise direction about their axis as many times as necessary for moving the deposit and grouping the various types of deposits, which results after clearing in a uniform width of 4 to 6 cm of settled main deposit on the bottom of the bottle and along the entire length thereof. The apparatus comprises a base, and rotating devices with rotation stops on which is mounted at least one panel comprising cells with bottle retainers. The riddling method, the apparatus for implementing the same and the apparatus bottle cell make it possible to carry out a riddling process with a high efficiency and to control riddling on each bottle at any stage of the process.</p> |
