PURPOSE: A pharmacological composition containing statin compound and CoQ10 compound is provided to promote complex physiologically active function. CONSTITUTION: A liquid culture containing drug-effective physiologically active material is prepared by inoculating Monascus spp. to a liquid medium containing drug-effective natural powder and culturing. The liquid medium is obtained by adding drug-effective natural materials to rice flour, flucose, peptone, glyacine, and broth. The drug-effective natural powder ingredient has ginseng powder, red pimento powder, mushroom powder, or tomato powder. The Monascus spp. is M. anka, M. purpureus, M. pilosus, M. rubber, M. araneosus, or M. kaoliang ATCC 595. |
