PURPOSE: A system of authenticating a smart card, a smart card which stored sign information, a client device for authenticating a smart card, a sever device for authenticating a smart card and smart card authentication method are provided to safely perform the authentication by performing smart card authentication by comparing previously stored signature information, signature information read from a smart card and signature information inputted from a user. CONSTITUTION: A smart card(110) stores signed information of a user. A client device(120) reads the stored signature information and receives the signature information inputted from the user. The client device transmits the signature information read from the smart card, a signature information inputted from the user and smart card certification request information. A server device(130) receives the smart card certification request information from the client device. The server device performs authentication about a smart card corresponding to corresponding card information.
