PURPOSE: A unified mobile coupon mediation and management system is provided to supply user convenience of a coupon to a coupon buyer by transmitting a defined format of data instead of mobile message form. CONSTITUTION: An alternative transmission server(2) transfers information of generated coupon and user information a coupon data format. A mediation and management server(3) mediates coupon transaction between users and a new coupon transaction between a user and a publisher. A mediation and management server transmits coupon data. A mobile and computer device(4) interlinks data through a previously stored management program and receives valid information. A recording management server(5) receives a feedback of the user.
