PURPOSE: A forming device of a door for a passenger airbag and a method thereof are provided to maintain the connection of a cut portion to a door though a portion of the door is cut since a woven fabric part is formed inside the door. CONSTITUTION: A forming device(100) of a door for a passenger airbag comprises a lower mold(110), an upper mold(120), a fixing unit(130), and a first input unit(140). The lower mold has a through-hole(111). The upper mold is mounted on the upper surface of the lower mold. The fixing unit is inserted into the through-hole. The fixing unit is located between the upper and lower molds. The fixing unit is combined with a woven fabric part(230). The first input unit puts forming material(210) into the forming space. |
