PURPOSE: An external use skin composition containing plant stem cell extract isolated from a growing point of Pinus densiflora Sieb. et Zucc. is provided to ensure antioxidation and to promote collagen biosynthesis. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition for anti-aging contains plant stem cell extract from a growing point of Pinus densiflora Sieb. et Zucc. A method for preparing the extract comprises: a step of extracting dried plant stem cell using anhydrous or hydrous low alcohol and acetone; a step of re-extracting with ethyl acetate, diethylether, benzene, chloroform, and hexane; and a step of removing impurities.
