PURPOSE: An energy producing device is provided to reduce energy consumption and to reduce contaminants for generating energy. CONSTITUTION: An energy producing device comprises cranks(2, 3, 4, 5), rotation frames(35, 36) and gears(10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18). This generator system comprises wheels. The rotation frame is attached to the crank. The gear and wheel is attached to the rotation frame. The torque is supplied to the gear and wheel. The crank loses balance, and the rotation frame revolves with keeping balance.
