<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily block a liquid flowing out from the tip end of an inclined transferring tube by a finger or hand, or to balance the upper surface of the liquid inside a liquid container and the tip end of the transferring tube, in order to transfer the liquid from the liquid container filled to another container in a state where the liquid transferring tube is attached. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid transferring tube is connected with a straight tube that closely contacts an outflow port of the liquid container, from which the liquid is transferred, and fits into an attaching cap having a female thread.
