<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC offset cancel circuit for further reducing a DC offset component by averaging the DC offset component between an I-channel and a Q-channel, and to provide a semiconductor device, and a receiving device. <P>SOLUTION: The DC offset cancel circuit includes, in each of an I-channel side and a Q-channel side, a mixer 1 and an ADC 4 that output differential signals. The DC offset cancel circuit further includes a direct-current component extractor 5 for extracting direct-current components from a signal I and a signal Ib output from the mixer 1 on the I-channel side, and a signal Q and a signal Qb output from the mixer 1 on the Q-channel side. The ADC 4 on the I-channel side receives signals obtained by feed-forwarding the direct-current components extracted from the signal Q and the signal Qb to the signal I and the signal Ib. The ADC 4 on the Q-channel side receives signals obtained by feed-forwarding the direct-current components extracted from the signal I and the signal Ib to the signal Q and the signal Qb. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
