<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance expert system in a measuring device, capable of supporting cause investigation to a service engineer during a trouble shooting working time, when performing maintenance, inspection or repair after installing the measuring device. <P>SOLUTION: In this system, the measuring device for measuring an object to be measured is constituted of: a CPU 9 including a plurality of internal timer counters, and having a function for operating a measured value of the object to be measured based on detection values from various sensors; a power supply circuit 3 for supplying a power supply to the CPU 9; a detection unit 4 for detecting a state of the object to be measured; a display unit 5 for displaying detection input data from various sensors and the state of the object to be measured operated and determined; a real-time clock IC (RTC) 11 for measuring an elapsed time; an FFPROM 12 for storing data input into the CPU 9; and an FeRAM 13 for storing an input value from various sensors, and storing operation results operated by the CPU 9 based on the input value from various sensors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
