<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in personal security, the confirmation of a location of an actual spot and the confirmation of a value depend on a report or the like from a debtor side, and it is practically impossible for a financial institution side to confirm them on a steady basis at present, thus causing a heavy burden of managing and monitoring the personal security, including the necessity of increasing the frequency of site surveys. <P>SOLUTION: A comprehensive maintenance strengthening system utilizing security trust in an asset-backed loan comprises a borrower terminal for a borrower to input data on the personal security, a personal security management company server of a personal security management company, a credit enhancement provider which is a server having a database for storing data, a loaner terminal for accessing the database, and a trust bank terminal for accessing the database.
