PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a system and an engine, allowing the system to sequester carbon and operate more efficiently.

SOLUTION: The system (100) includes the engine (102) operative to output an exhaust gas (103), a carbon capture means (104) operative to remove carbon dioxide (CO2) (105) from the exhaust gas (103) and output the CO2(105), and a pressurizer (108) operative to receive the CO2(105) and output pressurized CO2(105) for cooling a component of the engine (102).
