摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element with high photoelectric conversion efficiency and high durability, a manufacturing method of the element, and a solar cell using the element. <P>SOLUTION: In the dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element with a semiconductor layer containing titanium oxide carrying dye and a charge transport layer fitted between opposing electrodes, at least a light-incident surface includes an ultraviolet-ray absorbing layer containing an inorganic ultraviolet absorbent, an absorption edge wavelength of the ultraviolet ray absorbing layer is in a range from 370 nm to 410 nm, and the ultraviolet-ray absorbing layer emits fluorescent light at the time of incidence of an ultraviolet ray of the wavelength of 350 nm, with a light-emitting peak wavelength of the fluorescent light in a range from 400 nm to 700 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
