PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibrations of an operation lever, while achieving reduction of cost with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: In an operation lever device 1, an operation lever 6 is provided on a support base 2 to be operable to incline in any direction. On a base end-side outer periphery of a lever body 7 of the operation lever 6, a movable flange 10 is placed on a flange placement surface part 2c of the support base 2 in such a form that the movable flange is disposed to be movable in an axial direction of the lever body 7. The movable flange 10 has a circular outer peripheral edge, and extends in a direction orthogonal to the lever body 7. A spring 11 compressed, between a front end side of the lever body 7 and the movable flange 10, is provided on an outer periphery of the lever body 7, and a cylinder tube 13 in an oil damper 12 is fixed in an internal hollow part of the lever body 7, and a piston rod 15 is coupled with the movable flange 10.
