摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm electromagnetic forming method for an aluminum material, where, in the body to be formed made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, which can easily form a shape hard to be formed such as a corrugate fin without increasing working cost. SOLUTION: A magnetically permeable heat insulating layer 10a is formed at the inner face or outer face of the cylindrical body 1 to be formed made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy. The body 1 to be formed is heated at 200 to 550°C, thereafter, an electromagnetic forming coil 5 is inserted into the body 1 to be formed and the body 1 to be formed is expanded in diameter by the electromagnetic forming coil 5, or the body 1 to be formed is inserted into the electromagnetic forming coil 5 and the body 1 to be formed is reduced in diameter by the electromagnetic forming coil 5.
