A circuit board comprises a wiring board and a circuit which is so formed on the wiring board as to include degradable components that may be degraded when left unelectrified and which is operated with a power from a first power source. The circuit board further comprises a second power source mounted on the wiring board and an electrification control unit which intermittently electrifies at least the degradable components with a power from the second power source and which is formed on the wiring board. An electronic device further comprises the first power source.
