<p>A power transmission system of a six-speed automatic transmission includes clutches, brakes, a center support (12), planetary gear sets and a shift component. By optimizing the designs of the clutches, the brakes and the center support (12) structure, the positions of every planetary gear set and the shift component are reasonably disposed, so that a third planetary gear set (14), a first planetary gear set (15) and a second planetary gear set (16) are arranged orderly, and every shift mechanism such as a first clutch (6), a second clutch (5), a first brake (7), a second brake (8), a third brake (13), the center support (12) or a one-way clutch (9), is arranged on the periphery of the planetary gear sets. Therefore, the whole transmission has a more compact structure and is more convenient to assemble. The transmission can perform six-speed shift by using only two clutches, so friction loss is less, that is, power loss is smaller.</p> |
