<p>Disclosed is a display device which is provided with: a display section (DYP) composed of a plurality of display pixels disposed in matrix; a plurality of scanning lines (SL) disposed along the rows, on which display pixels (PX) are disposed; a plurality of signal lines (DL) disposed along the columns, on which display pixels (PX) are disposed; a drive means (130), which includes a scanning line drive section (SD) that drives the scanning lines (SL), and a signal line drive section (DD) that drives the signal lines (DL); and a control means (TCON), which controls the operation of drive means (130). The signal line drive section (DD) is provided with storage means (M, MA, MB) which store data of two frames or more, said data having been supplied from an external signal source (SS).</p> |
