<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation/contact mechanism 30 of a simple configuration for a fixing roller 11 and a pressure roller 13. <P>SOLUTION: A damper device 50 includes: a shaft 52 supported so as to freely rotate; and a gear 51 held by the shaft 52 and having a one-way bearing 60 for applying a predetermined load to rotation of the shaft 52. The gear 51 rotates in one direction, thereby fixing the shaft 52, and also rotates in the opposite direction to the one-way direction, thereby holding the shaft 52 up to the predetermined load. If a load exceeding the predetermined load is applied, the gear 51 is idly rotated with constant idling torque. The separation/contact mechanism 30 includes: the damper device 50; a fixing roller 11 and a pressure roller 13, which serve as a separation/contact member; a cam 37 operated by the rotation of the gear 51; and a lever 32 moved by contact with the cam 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
