<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a transparent composite material in which a curable silsesquioxane resin as the matrix and a glass fiber are blended, in more detail, a transparent composite material excellent in transparency, mechanical strength, and weatherability; and a solar battery and a display element using the same. <P>SOLUTION: This transparent composite material comprises: 100 pts.wt. of a curable resin composition substantially comprising 100 pts.wt. of a silsesquioxane having at least one type of cyclic ether group selected from the group consisting of an epoxy group, a 3,4-epoxycyclohexyl group, and an oxetanyl group and having a weight average molecular weight of 1,500-30,000, a polymerization initiator or a curing agent, and 0.1-100 pts.wt. of metal oxide fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-100 nm; and 10-300 pts.wt. of a glass fiber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
