PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or inhibit disintegration retard caused by the reaction of polyphenols and gelatin molecules of a soft capsule film in a polyphenols-containing soft capsule. SOLUTION: Lecithin as a surfactant and vitamin E as an antioxidant added to the polyphenols contained in the soft capsule as a content can prevent or inhibit the disintegration retard caused by the reaction of polyphenols and gelatin molecules derived from the soft capsule film in a polyphenols-containing soft capsule.
