PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a power generation device such as a solar battery through a simple circuit. SOLUTION: An electric system includes an accessory 250 that operates on electric power, an accessory battery 152 connected to the accessory 250 to supply electric power to the accessory 250, a converter that supplies electric power to the accessory battery 152, a solar battery 260 connected to the accessory 250, and an ECU 270 that controls the solar battery 260 to supply electric power to the accessory 250 when the accessory 250 and the DC/DC converter 240 are in operation. The maximum value of the current generated by the solar battery 260 is set to be equal to or smaller than the minimum value of the current supplied to the accessory 250.
