PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade for effectively removing dust such as cutting debris from the end of a cut sheet material, and to provide a cutting device and a dust trapping method during cutting. SOLUTION: The cutting blade 21 for cutting the sheet material S includes a suction port 5 provided in a cutting blade body 21E for sucking dust D deposited on and around the cut end face of the sheet material S.
