PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reproducibility of an unbalance measuring apparatus and improve the operability in unbalance measurement. SOLUTION: The unbalance measuring apparatus includes: an attachment mount 4 on which a rotation machine to be measured or a vibration generator 19 for generating a known vibrating force is mounted; vibration sensors 25, 26 attached to the attachment mount; a force sensor 18 for detecting the vibrating force; a control device 21 for controlling such that the vibration generator generates the vibrating force; and a computer 27 for computing a vibration characteristic of the attachment mount based on detection signals from the vibration sensors and the force sensor. The control device controls the vibration generator in such a manner that the vibrating force generated by the vibration generator becomes a predetermined value based on the detection signals from the force sensor and the vibration sensors with the vibration generator being mounted on the attachment mount.
