PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition which is an antagonist of an orexin receptor, and which is useful in the treatment or prevention of neurological and psychiatric disorders and diseases in which orexin receptors are involved. SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical composition includes 5-chloro-2-ä(5R)-5-methyl-4-[5-methyl-2-(2H-1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)benzoyl]-1,4-diazepane-1-yl}-1,3-benzoxazole or pharmacologically permissible salt thereof, and an inert carrier.
