PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency and to prevent deterioration in the rigidity of a door inner panel, when mounting a remote control device on the door body. SOLUTION: This vehicle door structure includes lock devices 41 to 43 for locking the door body 31 to a vehicle body 11, an operation handle 32 for releasing the lock states of the lock devices 41 to 43, and the remote control device 33 transmitted with an operation force applied to the operation handle 32 to transmit the operation force to the lock devices 41 to 43. The door body 31 is constituted of a door inner panel 45 and a door outer panel 46. On the door inner panel 45, a work hole 47 is formed to perform a work for mounting the remote control device 33.
