PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for inserting another form before discharging an earlier inserted form at the time of performing printing or the like for a plurality of forms. SOLUTION: The form handling apparatus has an insertion form transfer path 4 which transfers the form inserted in an insertion opening 2, a discharge form transfer path 12 which transfers the form to a discharge port 3, and a processing transfer path 7 which connects with a terminal end of the insertion form transfer path 4 and a starting end of the discharge form transfer path 13 having a printing part 8 arranged thereat. In the case of printing to a plurality of forms, the form inserted earlier is transferred to the processing transfer path 7, and then transferred by the discharge form transfer path 13 to the discharge port 3 after printed by the printing part 8. The form printed next is inserted in the insertion opening 2 when the earlier form is transferred to the processing transfer path 7. The form is transferred from the insertion form transfer path 4 to the processing transfer path 7 when the earlier form enters the discharge form transfer path 13.
