PURPOSE: A memory card mounting device of a portable terminal is provided to increase the number of sockets for mounting memory cards while minimizing the mounting space. CONSTITUTION: A first socket(101) for inserting a memory card(141) is installed in a mobile terminal. A second socket(102) is installed on the first socket. The opening of the second socket is placed in parallel with the opening of the first socket. The second socket is located in the rear side of the mobile terminal. The memory card is installed in the rear side of the mobile terminal.
