PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a thermoelectric module and thermoelectric module manufactured by the apparatus are provided to form an insulating film on a thermoelectric circuit, thereby making materials of an insulating film various according to a use environment. CONSTITUTION: An electrode layer is formed on the front side of thermoelectric pellets(105). A serial thermoelectric circuit is formed by patterning the electrode layer by an etching machine. An insulating partition film(103a) is exposed between an upper electrode(110a) and a lower electrode(112a). An insulating film is formed on either one of the upper electrode or the lower electrode. The insulating film protects a module from an external environment or an external impact.
