PURPOSE: A control system of a digital operating room is provided to operate and obtain information about the locations of a patient and a surgical operator in an operating room in real time by a 3D coordinate value to continuously check the changed locations of the patient and the surgical operator, thereby providing the best operation environment to the surgical operator. CONSTITUTION: A control system of a digital operating room comprises an operating room, a camera(20), a light unit(30), a pan/tilt driving unit(40), a 3D coordinate obtaining unit, and a controller. A camera photographs the operation situation of a patient in the operating room. The light unit includes an astral lamp and a pointer which projects a beam point. The pan/tilt driving unit comprises a first driving unit and a second driving unit. The first driving unit drives the camera. The second driving unit drives the camera.
