<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit for an air conditioner having a handy-grip device with improved reliability corresponding to PL by non-combustibility. <P>SOLUTION: In the outdoor unit for the air conditioner including the handy-grip device 3, an inside of a casing 2 is partitioned into a heat exchanger chamber and a machine chamber, and a suction port is provided at least on a back surface side, and a blowout port is provided on a front surface side, and a handy-grip tool 30 made of synthetic resin is attached to the casing 2 from an outer surface side. The handy-grip device 3 includes an opening 2c and a fitting hole 2d provided on the casing 2; and the handy-grip tool 30 having a fitting claw 3e fitted to the fitting hole 2d, a handy-grip hole part to which a finger is inserted, and a recessed part in which the finger is stored, and expanded to an inner side of the casing 2 by insertion of the handy-grip hole part and the recessed part to the opening 2c; and an under cover 5 extended from a lower end of the opening 2c to the inner side of the casing 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
