<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watthour meter which can notify the outside information relating to deterioration of the watthour meter. <P>SOLUTION: This watthour meter includes a power detection means for detecting a used power of a consumer, a voltage detection means 105 for detecting a used voltage of the user or a current detection means 104 for detecting a used current of the user, and a determination means for determining whether the used voltage or current of the consumer exceeds a predetermined threshold value. In a case where it is determined that the used voltage or current of the consumer exceeds the predetermined threshold value, the outside is notified of a warning indicating that the used voltage or current is excessive, a value of the excessive voltage or current and the number of times of detection of the excessive voltage or current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
