<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a discarded tape from adhering to a slide surface of a chute in a process where the discarded tape discharged and cut from a tape feeder slides downward in the chute. <P>SOLUTION: The device for recovering a discarded tape is structured to spray air in a film form in the slide direction of the discarded tape 16 along a slide surface 18 out of a chute 15 on which the discarded tape 16 slides downward. Specifically, the slide surface 18 of the chute 15 is formed with a plurality of plate members, the respective plate members are superposed on one another by partially providing small spaces between them, thereby forming steps at one or more parts of the slide surface 18 of the chute 15, and slit spaces between the plate members at the steps are each used as a slit air spray opening 19 for spraying the air in the film form in the slide direction of the discarded tape 16. The air is sprayed from each slit air spray opening 19 in the film form in the slide direction of the discarded tape 16 along the slide surface 18 by a blast device 21 arranged on the backside of the slide surface 18 of the chute 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
