<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which has an improved assembly structure of an upper cover. <P>SOLUTION: The battery pack is provided with a bare cell with a terminal, a circuit module which is combined with the bare cell and contains a protection element, and a cover which is arranged on the circuit module and combined with the bare cell. The circuit module has a through hole and the cover has a protruded part to be insertion engaged with the through hole, and the through hole allows the protection element of the circuit module to be welded to the terminal of the bare cell through the through hole. Thereby, in the battery pack having the battery and the circuit structure combined, the combination structure of the upper cover for protecting the circuit structure is improved, and the assembly position of the upper cover is easily determined to improve assembly workability, and further, since the upper cover is fixed at a regular position and waste of working time due to displacement can be reduced, product failure due to misalignment can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
